Transactions Marketing

Principal: Brenda Lewis
During a 15 year corporate marketing career in international energy, bulk shipping and metals with Exxon, Marine Management Systems and Pechiney Ugine Kuhlmann, Ms. Lewis was continuously involved in design, development and implementation of online, real time, interactive control, communication and information systems.

Following the nationalization of Pechiney in 1981 by the French government, she formed Transactions Marketing, Inc. Her first project was marketing Prestel videotex systems for British Telecom. In the wake of the AT&T divestiture, she managed the launch and start-up of a number of real time, online, interactive data communications and information services, as well as new marketing programs for the de-regulating international telecommunications carriers.

Subsequently, Ms. Lewis managed re-structuring projects for Digital, McGraw-Hill, The Equitable Companies, TRW and several systems integrators to enable electronic commerce. She has managed positioning, marketing strategy, business development, launch programs and first round institutional funding for both cellular and satellite ventures in wireless Internet, enterprise applications integration, voice processing, location determination, security, billing, CRM, payments processing and network infrastructure. Multi-lingual (French), she has special expertise in mission critical enterprise wireless systems and services.
